You are responsible for the words that sell and the numbers that prove we are winning. Your work answers: What do we say, and how do we know if it is working?

In Round 2 you develop two deliverables: Copy and Data & Analytics.

For Copy, you write all customer-facing text that maintains the provocative Tears voice. Website headlines and body copy that hook and convert. Product descriptions that sell the transformation experience. LinkedIn posts for Venture Nexus contributor recruitment—positioning participation as a build invitation, not passive investment. Pitch deck narrative. Calls-to-action that drive response. Everything bold, direct, distinctly not corporate. Deliver a master copy document organized by touchpoint with variations for testing.

For Data & Analytics, you build the measurement infrastructure. Set up tracking across web and social properties. Define KPIs for each validation event: what numbers matter, what thresholds signal success. Create a reporting dashboard for real-time progress visibility. Build a weekly reporting template for contributor and investor updates. Deliver a live dashboard and documented process the team can maintain.

You receive Persona Definition from the Customer Experience Imagineer, Brand Strategy from the Brand & Validation Architect, and Validation Strategy for KPI alignment at the start of Round 2. Your copy goes to the Digital Experience Expert in Round 3 for website implementation.

Background required: Copywriting experience with a portfolio showing voice range and conversion focus. Analytics proficiency—Google Analytics, dashboard tools, data visualization. Ability to write compellingly and measure rigorously. You should have written copy that converted and built dashboards that informed decisions.
