Reach customers and close deals

You are responsible for how we reach customers and close deals. Your work answers: How do we get attention, and how do we convert it into revenue?

In Round 2 you develop two deliverables: Marketing Plan and Sales Plan. You do not work in Round 1—you use that time to absorb the Persona Definition from the Customer Experience Imagineer and the Validation Strategy from the Brand & Validation Architect.

For Marketing Plan, you build a 90-day tactical roadmap that drives participation in validation events and builds brand awareness. You define channel priorities, messaging hierarchy, and campaign calendar. You prioritize earned media and organic virality over paid advertising. You specify what content gets created, when it posts, and what success looks like.

For Sales Plan, you define the complete sales motion: who sells, to whom, at what price, through which channel. You build a target list of 20 Amsterdam venues. You write the pitch script and objection handling. You create a playbook anyone on the team could execute tomorrow.

Your work depends heavily on the Persona and Validation Strategy completed in Round 1. Your Marketing Plan informs the Copywriter and Graphic Designer working in parallel. Your Sales Plan becomes the executable document for post-production outreach.

Background required: Marketing strategy and sales experience, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or consumer products. Ability to build tactical plans, not just high-level strategy. You should have written campaigns and closed deals before, not just theorized about them.
