Visual Identity Expert

Create the visual identity system that every other creative uses

You are responsible for the visual identity system that every other creative uses. Your work answers: What does Tears look like, and how do we maintain visual consistency at scale?

In Round 2 you develop Vector Design. In Round 3 you develop Graphic Design assets.

For Vector Design, you create the complete scalable brand asset library. Logo variations for every context: full lockup, icon only, horizontal and vertical, single color for difficult backgrounds. Iconography system and pattern elements. Social media templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Everything organized in a clean asset library with usage guidelines.

For Graphic Design, you create static visual assets for marketing and sales: social graphics, presentation slides, pitch deck visuals, promotional materials. You work within the brand system you established in Round 2.

You receive the Brand Strategy from the Brand & Validation Architect during the Round 1 review. Your Round 2 output is critical path: the Web Designer, Motion Designer, and Graphic Design work all depend on your vector assets being complete. If you are late or unclear, Round 3 collapses.

Background required: Strong vector illustration and brand identity skills. Experience creating systematic design assets, not just one-off graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent. Understanding of how assets scale across digital and print contexts. You should have built brand systems before, not just used them.
