Miracle berries turn sour into sweet. We're turning that phenomenon into a weapon for bartenders. Tears of My Enemies is a provocative cocktail product that lets bars serve impossibly sour drinks that taste like victory—no added sugar, maximum drama. On January 8th, 12 specialists will spend seven hours building everything this brand needs to hit Dutch nightlife venues: strategy, packaging, visuals, and sales assets. No pitching. No spectating. You work, you earn equity, and you help launch a product designed to make every other bar gimmick look boring. This is venture building with skin in the game






Every deliverable exists for one reason: to put Tears in bars and make it sell. This production day generates 34 assets across three workstreams. Round 1 builds the strategic foundation. Round 2 develops the creative system. Round 3 produces market-ready assets. Each output feeds the next—nothing exists in isolation.

09:30 – 11:30: Round 1 – Strategic Foundation - Three tables work in parallel on brand strategy, persona definition, product prototyping, and validation frameworks.
11:30 – 12:45: Lunch Break - Refuel and regroup. Round 1 outputs inform Round 2 execution.
12:45 – 14:45: Round 2 – Creative Development - Package design, copy, motion planning, and web design take shape based on morning foundations.
14:45 – 15:00: Short Break
15:00 – 17:00: Round 3 – Production Assets - Final execution: 3D renders, graphic design, motion assets, and production specifications delivered.
17:00: Wrap & Handoff - All 34 deliverables reviewed, packaged, and ready for market validation.
